该职位的设置是为了确保大卡生产线的正常运行管理（包含大卡喷涂生产区域和实验室区域）；通过严谨执行操作规范、细致监测生产数据、及时反馈问题，助力提升产品质量。
The position is set up to ensure the operation management of bands production (including Deposition area and laboratory area); help improve product quality through strict implementation of operational specifications, meticulous monitoring of production data, and timely feedback of problems.
**主要工作职责** **Key Responsibilities** :
+ 严格遵守安全生产制度，正确使用防护用具，参与安全培训与应急演练。
+ Strictly abide by the safety production system, correctly use protective equipment, and participate in safety training and emergency drills.
+ 能够熟练掌握缓冲溶液配制、抗体溶液配制、Soapsud Rig和乳胶稀释、胶体金标记和稀释的相关操作。
+ Proficient in buffer solution preparation, antibody solution preparation, Soapsud Rig and latex dilution, colloidal gold conjugate and dilution.
+ 负责完成生产设备的日常操作，确保设备按流程规范运行，参与设备的清洁、维护，记录设备运行参数。
