Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Marketing Automations, Customer Journeys, and Campaigns across channels: Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile Push, Call Centre, Web, etc.
- Configure and manage SFMC Business Units, Users, Profiles, and Roles.
- Build responsive email templates using AMPscript, SSJS, Media Queries, and HTML.
- Perform integrations between SFMC and CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud).
- Support Cross-Channel Marketing processes, including Real-Time Interaction, 1-to-1 Journeys, Next Best Offers, and personalization using Interaction Studio and Data Cloud.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical flows and SFMC configurations.
