Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Marketing Automations, Customer Journeys, and Campaigns across channels: Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile Push, Call Centre, Web, etc.
  • Configure and manage SFMC Business Units, Users, Profiles, and Roles.
  • Build responsive email templates using AMPscript, SSJS, Media Queries, and HTML.
  • Perform integrations between SFMC and CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud).
  • Support Cross-Channel Marketing processes, including Real-Time Interaction, 1-to-1 Journeys, Next Best Offers, and personalization using Interaction Studio and Data Cloud.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical flows and SFMC configurations.
