**Act as HR Business Partner for factory management, providing strategic HR support and advice.**

**Manage all HR operations at the factory, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.**

**Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including facility management, administrative support, and coordination of office services.**

**Supervise Payroll and Shared Services, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.**

**Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.**

**Lead and develop the factory HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.**

**Support and manage EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and compliance with relevant regulations.**
