Job Description
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
. Strong Coordination with Global Tower Lead Cloud Foundations to ensure to be aligned with global strategy and roadmap.
. Overall Build and RUN teams support expertise for his Tower
. Cloud, System, Backup, Hybrid Global strategy applied to service lines for his Tower
. Shift management and ensure incident resolution
. Change management
. Interface with supplier to ensure RUN activities (L1.5, L2, L3)
. Coordination with Tech Lead to ensure that Build solutions and RUN are properly implemented according to gobal rules
. Identification and execution of improvement plan aligned with Global Tower Lead Cloud Foundations.
