The ideal candidates should have experience in inbound tourism reservations, be tech-savvy, and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•Reservations Management: Handle and process reservations for individuals & group tours efficiently.
• Hotel Contracting & System Monitoring: Oversee hotel contracts, pricing, and ensure accurate system updates.
• Booking Systems & Technology: Use and master reservation platforms, Excel, and Word to manage bookings effectively.
• Customer Support & Coordination: Communicate with clients, hotels, and tour operators to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
