Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Chef Tournant to lead and mentor the kitchen brigade aboard our ships. You will direct, coach, and evaluate reports with the Sous Chef, ensuring high standards of taste, quality and consistency across all service lines.
Responsibilities include overseeing multiple sections, maintaining HACCP compliance, coordinating recipe execution, and optimizing production while controlling costs.
