The primary objective of this role is to convert tour inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will respond to inquiries from tourists interested in tour packages, provide clear and accurate information about itineraries, accommodations, transportation, pricing, and travel arrangements, address customer questions, and guide them through the booking process. Success is measured by building trust, delivering excellent customer service, and maximizing tour sales. The role requires on-site work in Rawalpindi and may involve travel. Shift: Morning.
