Our client is a growing, publicly listed organization in the natural resources sector is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead and evolve its compensation and rewards strategy during a key phase of growth.

This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to build structure, bring clarity, and make a visible impact across executive, board, and enterprise-wide compensation programs.

What You Will Do

  • Lead total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits
  • Design and maintain salary structures, job architecture, and benchmarking
  • Own executive and board compensation programs and disclosures
  • Manage equity compensation programs and related governance/reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and leadership
  • Drive pay equity, market analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
