Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop competitive salary structures and benefits programs that help attract and retain talent in line with the organization’s guidelines and market trends Analyze compensation data and conduct market surveys to ensure the organization offers competitive total rewards and maintains pay equity Evaluate job levelling / job pricing / comp-ratio reviews utilizing global career framework methodology Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize offerings and costs Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and support various audits (internal, statutory, compliance) and ensure timely closure of audit action items Act as the primary contact for labor-related matters, coordinate with compliance consultant...
