Responsibilities:

  • Supervise monthly payroll operation in Japan while ensuring procedures are adhered to legal requirements and company regulations

  • Oversee and manage the delivery of day-to-day HR operations, ensuring operational accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness(i.e.manage on-boarding kit, create new joiner profile in HRIS)

  • Ensureexcellent record-keeping processes to ensure compliance with all relevant policies&procedures

  • Accountable for managingnewpayroll process changes, including but not limited to attendance system implementation, payroll vendor management, and payroll system enhancements.
