SGS is seeking a Total Rewards Expert to lead the administration of total rewards programs. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Total Rewards strategies and HR analytics reporting. The Total Rewards Expert will develop compensation and benefits programs, conduct competitive analyses, and collaborate across HR and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, advanced proficiency in PowerBI, and knowledge of Philippine labor laws, ensuring our rewards strategy reflects the company's objectives.
