YOUR ROLE
Total Rewards Advisor leads compensation and benefits annual process and daily practices in Juarez sites, advice and support on various TR operational / Strategic activities and initiatives for the Mexico that are aligned with BRP’s corporate goals and total rewards philosophy.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the salary reviews and incentive program for all employees of BRP’s Juarez operations Participate and collaborate in corporate Total Rewards annual process such as annual salary increase, short term incentives, bonus & benefits. Coordinate the market survey activities for Juarez, including data collection, organization and submission of data to external parties as well as data-analysis, presentation of results and recommendations, as appropriate.
