The Corporation of the County of Huron’s Human Resources department is seeking a temporary full-time Total Rewards Advisor!

Position Summary

This position provides support for internal customer service and helps drive HR excellence and process improvement. The Total Rewards Advisor is responsible for the coordination and administration of all aspects of the County’s rewards and benefits programs including health and dental for both union and non‑union employee groups. The Total Rewards Advisor assists and supports retirees through the retiree program, maintains and promotes the Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP), County Wellness, Employee Recognition Programs, and represents the HR team as the HRIS lead. The position participates in strategic planning, ensures payroll information is accurate and timely, and communicates and markets the County’s benefits and wellness programs.
