Job Description

We are seeking a Total Rewards Administrator based in our Milton Office location to join the Human Resources team. This is a fully onsite contract role for 6 months.

The role reports to the Director of Total Rewards and is part of an 8‑person team managing Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Support biweekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Review and validate time & attendance records, resolving discrepancies with managers.
  • Process payroll adjustments, manual payments, reconciliations, and maintain payroll records.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event updates.
  • Assist with open enrollment activities and employee benefits communications.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, deductions, and total rewards programs.
