  • TPM Activity を通じてSite over all MAの改善をEstimateおよびPlan
  • Global Network/Central Teamと協力し、Global Projectをリードし完了させる
  • Labor Efficiencyを目的にRobot/Syste Automation等の新しい技術の導入および展開
  • Fab内の6s 活動を改善し製品品質を向上させる
  • 新規Supplierを開拓し、Siteの生産性を向上させMAX OUTを促進する
  • Expart Engineerまたは各種協力会社と共同し、TechnicianおよびEnginnerのSkill up計画を立て実行する
