Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and validate employee HR data
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding transitions
• Create and analyze HR reports for decision-making
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for issue resolution
• Support the coordination of HR initiatives and meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 2–4 years of HR coordination experience
• Proficiency with HRIS systems is essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
