Exciting opportunity as Facilities Manager overseeing a 1,140-unit property in Toronto. Drive building maintenance and team leadership, ensuring compliance and quality across residential and commercial areas.
You will manage the complete lifecycle of building operations while leading the in-house maintenance team and vendor relations.
