Description and details of activities

Provide practical and technical knowledge in the machining shop, in the handling and operation of machine tools, preventive maintenance, repair of injection molds, dies, silicone molding, blow molding, fault diagnosis, in order to support the goals of the supply chain, safely, complying with the standards and regulations applicable to the medical industry.

• Provide service and repair to tooling (disassembly, cleaning, lubrication and re-assembly)

• Provide support in set-up and/or installation of molds or molding components at the start of production.

• Address press stoppage problems to identify causes and resolve machine problems.

• Machine new tools and spare parts.

• Document and update the tool repair history and other work records.

• Perform support and maintenance activities in the Toolroom and/or production area in a timely manner.
