Tool Room Engineer
4 on / 4 off – Days Only (06:00–18:00)
Salary circa £42,000 depending on experience.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tool Room Engineer in Telford to join a well-established manufacturing business operating within a modern workshop environment. This is a days-only role on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, offering a great work–life balance.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of engineering and toolroom activities, supporting tooling maintenance, repair, and modification to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterpreting engineering drawings to carry out repairs and modifications on tooling Working with a variety of workshop machinery, including:CNC wire erosion (preferred)Milling machines (manual & CNC)Centre latheSurface grindersLaser welder (preferred) Supporting tooling issues and...
