Toolmaker – Full-Cycle Manufacturing & R&D Environment

Minimum Requirements Proven experience with CNC milling (3-axis or more) Experience with conventional milling and turning Proficiency in Mastercam (preferred) or other CAM software Strong understanding of: Machine setup Cutter selection and tooling strategies Machining processes and materials Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing/toolroom environment Key Responsibilities Manufacture, assemble, and maintain precision moulds, tools, and fixtures Program and operate CNC machines using CAM software Perform full machine setups, including tooling and workholding Select appropriate cutters and machining strategies for optimal results Participate in tool trials, production support, and handovers Conduct maintenance, repairs, and modifications on existing tooling Collaborate across teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and workmanship The ideal candidate is not jus...
