**Job Description**
+ This role focuses on maintaining and repairing injection molds used to produce interior components for the automotive industry
+ The tooling technician performs preventative maintenance and production tool repair on molds across a wide range of tonnages, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the injection molding equipment within a high-volume manufacturing environment
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance on injection molds used in automotive interior component production to ensure consistent performance and minimize downtime
+ Conduct production tool repairs on injection molds with tonnages ranging from approximately 900 pounds to 2,500 tons across a fleet of 34 machines
+ Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems related to injection molds, including hydraulic ejection systems, hydraulic lines, and core signals in hydraulic ...
