Responsible for product industrialization, tooling management, manufacturing readiness, engineering change implementation, and continuous improvement activities for wind turbine rotor blade production. The role ensures safe, quality, cost-effective, and efficient manufacturing of blade platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead tooling lifecycle management including molds, fixtures, lifting tools, handling equipment, and work platforms.

  • Support introduction of new blade platforms and product transfers into manufacturing.

  • Coordinate implementation of Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities.
