Main Duties & Responsibilities

Position Summary

Responsible for leading the ToolRoom operations, including mold maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and newmold construction to support production, new product development, andcontinuous improvement initiatives across the Americas sites. This role ensurestooling reliability, equipment availability, cost control, and technicalexcellence across manufacturing operations.
