Qualification:

Diploma in Tool Die making/ CIPET, Tool Die Maker / Mold maintenance Assembler

Job profile:

  • Must have experience in Rubber Injection Mould/Die Fixtures assemblies, maintenance and also involve in Tool Die making.
  • Responsible for taking trial of new mold, modification, and its approval.
  • Hand on experience on tool room machines.
  • Develop Execution Tool Preventive Maintenance Schedule
  • Daily Tool Maintenance Report
  • Management of Tool Storage Preservation
  • Responsible for maintaining all the activities of tool room.
  • Responsible for in house tool development cost saving plans
