+ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in a wide variety of tools and equipment
+ Disassemble, clean, repair and reassemble tools according to manufacturer specifications
+ Replace worn or defective components such as switches, cords, bearings, brushes, gears and housings
+ Test tools for proper operation, performance and safety prior to return to customers
+ Maintain accurate repair documentation and parts tracking
