Job Description

Qualification & Experience :

  • Minimum SPM and above.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing company.

  • Able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and repair the tooling on production line (Tool Service Note).

  2. Repairing & improvement last sample tooling according to the request (Tool Service Note).

  3. Carry up predictive & preventive maintenance follow the tooling TPM Guideline procedure

  4. Carry up continuous tooling improvement activity.

  5. Checking receiving new tooling & transfer tooling.

  6. Testing new receiving tooling or transfer tooling

  7. Tooling Improvement for new tooling after testing to ensure tooling can run smoothly in mass production

  8. Tooling modification or Tooling ECN activity

  9. Monitoring tooling spare part
