Tool Maker

Job Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Tool and Die Maker.
In-depth knowledge of machine tools and their applications.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design schematics.
Extensive hands-on experience with metalworking equipment, including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
Advanced troubleshooting skills in tooling, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective corrective solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and manufacture new punch and die tooling for progressive, compound, and other stamping operations based on design specifications.
Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines, including grinding, milling, and EDM, to cut and shape metal with high precision.
Assemble, test, and trial run new tooling to ensure proper function and performance before full production.
Perform routine maintenance, trouble shooting, and repairs on existing stamping dies to keep them in good product...
