Tool, Jig & Die Maker

Your Key Responsibilities: Design and manufacture tools, jigs, dies, moulds, and fixtures Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Modify, repair, and optimise existing tooling Diagnose and resolve tooling-related issues within production environments Construct and maintain dies for plastic injection moulding and press operations Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve tooling performance Ensure precision, accuracy, and quality standards are consistently maintained Maintain toolroom safety, organisation, and technical documentation What We're Looking For: Qualified Tool, Jig & Die Maker Minimum 5 years' experience within a toolmaking environment Experience in plastic injection moulding and/or press tooling and stamping operations Strong knowledge of tool design and manufacturing processes Experience operating EDM spark erosion and wire cutting equipment Skilled in conventional machining, including turret milling, lathe turning, and surface grindi...
