Responsible for leading a high‑performing team of up to six mechanical engineers to deliver and manage complex tooling design solutions across a wide range of projects. The role combines technical expertise with strong leadership to guide the team, nurture innovation, and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high‑performing mechanical engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Manage project timelines, priorities and resource allocation, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Identify and remove blockers and foster team collaboration
• Provide regular feedback, career development support and team engagement activities

Qualifications

• Degree, HND or HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with significant experience in mechanical design and development
