Tool Crib Attendant

Job Title:Tool Crib AttendantReports to:Lead Hand/SupervisorJob Summary:The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for organizing the tooling; picking tooling for orders and putting it on a cart for Set-up employees to take; cleaning and inspecting used tooling when it is returned; tracking and ordering consumables on the computer.Job Responsibilities:

Keep tool crib clean and organized.

Pick tooling according to orders.

Receive tooling after changeovers, clean and inspect tooling before putting it away.

Responsible for storing check fixtures, ensuring check fixtures are functional and communicating any issues with Quality Department.

Receive, load and unload new or used tooling. 

Track consumables on computer and order more when needed.

Adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Adhere to the rules and regulations
