This role involves creating and maintaining high-quality training materials, delivering structured on-the-job training, and mentoring local job coaches. + Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and standardized work documents.
+ Deliver TWI Job Instruction and support training for new hires and upskilling efforts.
+ Mentor and evaluate local job coaches across all shifts.
+ Monitor and enhance training effectiveness, ensuring compliance with best practices.
+ Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on molds to ensure optimal performance.
