Worldwide Clinical Trials d.o.o. Belgrade is seeking a Team Lead for TMF Operations who will ensure inspection readiness of Trial Master Files in compliance with industry standards. This role involves facilitating TMF services for multiple studies and monitoring performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree (preferably in Life Sciences) and 3-5 years of relevant experience, along with expertise in ICH GCP and document management systems. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this global position.
