Design Management - Prepare comprehensive Design Brief Documents for all projects regarding interior designs, integrating inputs from various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Coordinate and arrange kick-off meetings for all projects. Attend the project kick-off meetings and contribute to the discussion regarding project scope and expectations. Review the drawings received from regions, provide inputs, and submit them for further review.
