What is the opportunity?The TLM Support Manager is responsible for enterprise-wide reconciliation transformation initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst, leveraging 6+ years of hands-on expertise with SmartStream Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) platform. In this strategic role, you will drive transformational End-to-End reconciliation implementations across RBC’s business units, combining advanced business analysis, process management, and business intelligence capabilities. You will architect scalable reconciliation solutions that fundamentally reshape financial operations, optimize financial controls, reduce operational costs, and align with Finance Shared Services strategic objectives.
