• Movement of Leads
• Keeping in track on their Daily reports and performance Index
• Audit and Quality check on the campaigns- with Marketing
• With Marketing Team for the right kind of Nurturing
• Output has to be tracked and ensure productivity from the team
• Maintaining Reports and Data Analysis
• Training to Team Members
• -Arrangement of Product Refreshment
Background:-
• Person with Sales background in IT Industry
• Preferably selling - Email Solutions, Messaging Solutions, Data Centre or Hosting Solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, Active Listener, Versatile, Presentable etc..
• Currently doing Lead Generation and Sales Call to clients for pitching.
• Working on Targets and ready for Fix and Variable salary.
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Experience in database management in CRM
• 1-2 years in same domain
