TL- Sourcing

: As a Transformation Lead you will be working with the CPO, the functional heads, critical stakeholders of the Sourcing function and end users in the Sourcing & Procurement value chain to gather requirements to solve business problems through process definitions, implementing digital solutions, process improvements (automation/lean-six sigma/velocity improvements etc).
You will need to help prepare a business case justifying the need of digitisation, and help prioritize between the various stakeholder requirements.
You will also champion the cause of your stakeholder with the Information Systems (IS) group, the system & digital development team at Ather, ensuring the requirements are well understood and implemented.

Technology Evangelist: You will also be the evangelist for adoption of tools and digitisation efforts by identifying opportunities where use of technology can make org more efficient.
