Responsible for typing and preparing title for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and type title commitments Verify property and borrower details for accuracy Review and update documents as required Maintain quality and meet turnaround timelines Requirements: Good knowledge on Refinance, Purchase and REO transactions Basic knowledge of title/mortgage documents Proficiency in MS Word/Excel Strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
