About Marcadot
Marcadot is a Toronto-based experiential marketing agency specializing in guerrilla marketing, retail activations, and PR stunts for CPG brands. We create unique, product-connected activations that drive trial and purchase, not cookie-cutter campaigns.
The Role
We're hiring a results-driven BDR to execute email outreach campaigns to mid-tier CPG brands (wellness drinks, energy drinks, snacks, chocolates) in Toronto and Vancouver. This is a commission-eligible role for someone who understands that outreach requires research, personalization, and persistence, not template spam.
What You'll Do
Execute email outreach campaigns using our curated lead list (~200 prospects).
Research each prospect: their brand, competitors, recent campaigns, and gaps.
Craft personalized, insight-driven emails (not just checking in messages).
Follow up relentlessly, change angles, add value, neve...
