We are seeking a Tissue Process Excellence Specialist to join a global leader in sustainable fiber solutions, a company recognized as one of the world's largest producers of eco-friendly pulp and paper products, with operations spanning five continents and a strong commitment to circular economy principles.

  •   About The Role: As a  Tissue Process Excellence Specialist , you will: Serve as the go-to technical expert (Level 2 support) for tissue manufacturing processes.


    Lead process optimization initiatives using advanced methodologies (5-step approach, Lean Six Sigma).


    Conduct comprehensive production audits and simulations to identify improvement opportunities.


    Spearhead trials for new sustainable fiber applications and innovative tissue products.  Act as the  primary technical liaison  for strategic accounts across EMEA, Brazil and Asia.
