Purpose of the Job
To conduct Time and Attendance administration at the shafts / Processing
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- 1 - 3 years' Time and Attendance Systems Operation experience is desirable
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP HR
Competencies
- Adheres to safety regulations and mine standards, procedures and practices and reports non-compliance.
- Demonstrate knowledge pertaining to basic health and safety principles in a workplace
- Demonstrate an awareness of customer service
- Demonstrate knowledge of Shaft /Processing Time and Attendance administration
- Demonstrate and apply a good understanding of the company payroll
- Must describe and assist in the control of fraud in an office environment
- Builds, supports and maintains healthy diverse internal and external relations and implements remedial actions where required
