Responsibilities

  • Understand and communicate with team member shift objectives
  • Help guests
  • Prepare guest orders
  • Follow all food safety standards and ensure that all team members are as well
  • Maintain inventory by completing by-weekly orders
  • Do cash out and prepare deposits
  • Ensure workflow on shift (e.g., putting team members with the right skills in the right positions)
  • Follow all health and safety standards mandated by OHS
  • Maintain logs and production sheets
  • Ensure that all cleaning is being properly completed
  • Assist guests with complaints or order inaccuracies
  • Ensure cohesiveness of shift and deal with interpersonal issues between team members
  • Communicate with Manager and Store Owners to ensure policies and equipment are maintained
