Responsibilities
- Understand and communicate with team member shift objectives
- Help guests
- Prepare guest orders
- Follow all food safety standards and ensure that all team members are as well
- Maintain inventory by completing by-weekly orders
- Do cash out and prepare deposits
- Ensure workflow on shift (e.g., putting team members with the right skills in the right positions)
- Follow all health and safety standards mandated by OHS
- Maintain logs and production sheets
- Ensure that all cleaning is being properly completed
- Assist guests with complaints or order inaccuracies
- Ensure cohesiveness of shift and deal with interpersonal issues between team members
- Communicate with Manager and Store Owners to ensure policies and equipment are maintained
