Semi-fullfillment Project, as a special project of TikTok VN, which was launched at the end of 2023, aims to onboard sellers with strong supply chains but lack content capability (such as manufacturers & distributors), and support sellers to pursue sustainable growth on TTS by providing effective guidance and support on assortment operations, affiliate matchmaking and advertising etc. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok. Responsibilities:
- Design the overall merchant acquisition and merchandise growth strategy (no specific categories). Define goals and priorities, identify opportunities and approaches;
- Identify growth opportunities to improve the business for merchants through scalable solutions and managing the roll-out of these solutions, such as creator collaboration, agency collaborations and seller growth mission etc.
