Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Tiktok Shop Operations VA
to support our client's growing affiliate and creator ecosystem. This role will focus on managing content workflows, supporting creators and affiliates, tracking performance metrics, and scaling winning content using Spark Ads. The ideal candidate is systems-driven, operationally strong, and comfortable working with data, reporting, and multiple workflows in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage relationships with affiliates and creators
- Review, organize, and categorize video content for performance and usability
- Identify high-performing videos and scale winning content through Spark Ads
