Role Overview
We're looking for a TikTok Shop & Paid Social Growth Manager who can manage and scale:
TikTok Shop (organic + affiliate)
TikTok Ads (conversion-focused)
Meta Ads (retargeting + scaling)
Shopify performance optimization
This is a revenue role. You will be measured on growth.

Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, bundles)
Run flash sales, campaigns, promotions
