Job Description

Creator Assortment Operation team plays a critical role in driving creator and merchant success through strategic product assortment and monetization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assortment strategy, based on the creator's fans profile, historical sales data and market trends, analyze the creator's assortment and propose solutions for optimization. Create a balanced and attractive assortment to achieve sales and revenue goals through assortment optimization
- Deal hunting operations, identify target products and brands based on Assortment strategy, ensure the completion of the dealhunting process
- Work with AM, CM, seller Creator to improve matchmaking efficiency, based on product sales performance to refine high-quality product pools to provide more creators

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above; 4+ years of eCommerce experience on assortment growth
