The Books & Stationery team drives one of the fastest-growing categories in the FMCG cluster at TikTok Shop. We work with publishers, distributors, and top brands to deliver inspiring, accessible, and high-quality products to users. Our team focuses on data-driven category growth, seller development, and building engaging shopping experiences across the TikTok ecosystem.
In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service. Roles & Responsibilities:
