Content Planning & Production Management

• Create and manage weekly and daily content schedules for:
• -TikTok Shop product videos
• -Personal brand content
• Organize filming days by content type (e.g., skincare days, makeup days, fashion days)
• Assign due dates to:
• -Raw footage
• -Edited videos
• -Posting deadlines
• Ensure editors receive content on time and deliver edits on schedule

TikTok Shop Sample & Deadline Tracking

• Monitor TikTok Shop backend for:
• -Sample requests
• -Accepted samples
• -Video due dates
• Track:
• -Products received
• -Videos still pending
• -Extensions (when needed)
• Ensure creator is reminded before deadlines, not after
• Maintain ethical review timelines (allowing enough product ...
