Tiktok Operations Assistant

Job Summary:

As a TikTok Operations Assistant SME, you provide expertise in both TikTok Shop and Affiliate Marketing operations. You manage shop performance, handle affiliate programs, oversee creator outreach, ensure compliance, and optimize campaigns to drive sales and GMV growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and update TikTok Shop product listings.
• Schedule and monitor promotions, flash sales, and bundles.
• Ensure product compliance, category mapping, and visibility.
• Handle customer inquiries, messages, reviews, and refunds.
• Coordinate logistics and resolve shipping issues.
• Monitor account violations and submit appeals.
• Onboard new TikTok Shops and set up policies.
• Manage affiliate programs and creator relationships.
• Coordinate product seeding and content posting.
• Track and report shop and affiliate performance weekly.
