The Role

Vention Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable and experienced BD Manager to support influencer partnerships on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach influencers, MCN agencies, advertisers for TikTok collaborations;For example: influencer marketing, brand placements, advertising campaigns.
  • Negotiation & Execution: Lead negotiations on partnership terms (e.g., fees, brand integration, ad placements), develop and implement plans.
  • Resource Management & Optimization: Build an influencer database and manage resource information by category.
  • Market & Platform Insights: Monitor TikTok platform rules, traffic trends, and popular content formats, and develop suitable business strategies for the company.
