Tier 3 Engineer
At IMP Solutions, we provide IT products and IT and business consulting services to our clients across Canada. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tier 3 Engineer to join our Service and Support team in Halifax, NS. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing internal systems, customer‑facing hosted and cloud environments, and providing technical assistance to team members on system and network‑related requests. Design and implement network and infrastructure solutions (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, servers, virtualization, Azure). Architect and support hosted and cloud environments tailored to client needs. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and network documentation. Provide IT support for internal systems and Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, O365).
